Spotify Blend Story

My Blend Story doesn’t show the story but instead a black screen with a “try again” button. What happened?

There can be different reasons why the Blend story doesn't load, so I recommend the following:

• Clear the cache within the app as it can cause different performance issues.
• Make sure you're running the newest app version.
• Try with a different internet connection.

If there's no difference, it'd be great if you could ask the other person to check if the story loads for them and share your device's make, model, OS-version, as well as the Spotify-version.
