Spotify Playlist has different songs to a friends

A specific spotify playlist displays /contains different songs to other peoples account.
Ie the Throwback workout on my account has completely different songs to at least 3 other peoples exact same playlist.

The 'Throwback workout' playlist is indeed curated by Spotify, but it features a selection of songs based on your listening activity. This means that the playlist is somewhat personalized to your account. The songs are picked from a selection of tracks which match the energy of the playlist, but each user will get a slightly different arrangement of songs. 

This is further influenced by things like blocking an artist, or liking songs from another. For example, if you've blocked Madonna, you won't see songs from her in the mix, but your friend might have multiple songs by Madonna in their playlist, if they like her albums.
