My Question or Issue

This is an issue I've never had before. It seems to have to do with the specific song that's playing (Bubble Gum by Onve and Valeria). I've already tried every solution in every thread, examples including, but not limited to:

-restarting my device,

-closing Spotify,

-resetting host files,

-logging out and back into Spotify,

-using web browser instead of app,

-deleting and redownloading app,

-clean reinstall,

-removing song from playlist and readding,

-disabling and re-enabling hardware acceleration,

-going into sound mixer and setting a specific audio output device for Spotify,

-trying a different audio output device

-and even listening to a different release of the song by the same artist

the song is not removed from spotify or from my region and is not greyed out on any list. the song plays on other devices normally.

I’m having this same problem but on a Macbook idk what’s wrong with the song 😭

Hey @turpentime and @ellehynes,

Welcome to the Community!

We had a look and it seems that the particular song may have 2 different versions and one of them is unavailable.

So we can check if that's the case, would you mind sending us a link to the song you're trying to play on desktop, as well as a link to the song that you're able to play on your phone @turpentime?

Here's a helpful article on how to share content via Spotify.

Thanks and we'll be on the lookout 🙂
