Solved!

Step Up: Movie Soundtrack

Does anyone know why the soundtracks for the first "Step Up" movie aren't available on Spotify like the sequels?

The availability of content on platforms like Spotify depends on factors like licensing deals. The copyright owner can decide to take down their content, not release it, or make it unavailable in certain regions. In such cases there is not much Spotify can do. Once the content is back up you will be able to see it in-app.

Just to be sure, you can check out the same content on other platforms like the Web Player, Desktop App, or the Mobile App. If it is not available anywhere or it is grayed out then this might be a similar case.

I hope that sheds some light on the matter. For anything else, don't hesitate to reach out. 🙂
