Stop Auto Downloads of Personalized Playlists

• Personalized playlists are automatically downloaded and then I can’t listen to the music I’ve chosen to download because I’ve reached the limit. I’ve searched help, ideas, and settings to find a way to turn this off and that option doesn’t seem to be available.Please make downloading personalized playlists a user-directed option rather than automatic.

Just to confirm, does this only happen on playlists that you're following, which are created by Spotify? Is the same thing happening with any of your own playlists?

Also, does it happen on all devices that you use Spotify on, or just with a specific one?
