I listen to Spotify on my cell phone (Google Pixel 8 Pro) sometimes, and most of the time on my PC/laptop. I'm logged in on my account when I do obviously. Anyway, I think with the premium subscription there's suppose to be no ads, but I'm still getting them. Once in a while I'll get emails adverting the premium subscription which I already have. Is there a way to fix that problem?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

While Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.

If you hear ads while listening to music, we suggest that you log out and then log back in twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and device. Make sure to use the right login info.

Additionally, you can choose what notifications you'd like to receive from Spotify in your Account page.
