The Loss and Hopeful Return of "1999"

"1999" by Joey Badass is without a doubt one of my favorite hip hop albums of all time. I discovered the album through spotify premium and was quickly amazed by the ability of the featured artists like Joey and Steez coupled with the production skills of award winning producers like MF Doom and J Dilla. I was heartbroken when I realized one morning that the album had been removed from the site. After contacting the support staff, I was informed that the album may be brought back some time in the future, but after waiting nearly a year for that promise to be fulfilled, I'm beginning to think this is most likely not going to occur. I LOVE this album! Is it ever going to be brought back?
