The same song on two different releases with two different distributors - how are royalties split?

Hi,

we have a song that both appears as a single and also on our album. The songs have been linked together by Spotify as can be seen from the exact number of plays. However, the single and the album have been released by two different labels, with two different contracts for us and two different royalty schemes. How does Spotify split the royalties? Does it make a difference which link people use to listen to the songs?
