My Question or Issue
When I searched for podcasts, I found three broken categories/genres that display nothing after clicking on it:
(I know I can go to the podcasts by clicking on Podcasts before searching, and can find the Charts here.)
Hey @Ximzend,
Thank you for making us aware of this!
Could you let us know how you ended up finding these search categories?
They aren't visible for us and clicking on the links either displays absolutely nothing (1st link) or displays a 'Page not found' error.
Many thanks in advance!
I just entered Podcast in the search bar and found them.
Hey @Ximzend,
Thank you for keeping in contact and for the instructions sent.
We've followed your process and found the Podcasts (genre) and the Charts you mentioned, but the content is available and displaying normally. This means that the issue might be caused by some damaged cache stored on your device.
First, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
If the issue persists, would you mind checking in a different device with your own account to see if it makes any difference?
Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running. This will give us a better look at the issue.
We'll be on the lookout.
Hey,
Today I did a clean installation of the Desktop app, but I still see only a black screen when I click on Podcasts or Podcast-Charts. I see they appear both when I search for Podcast and click on Genres & Moods.
Cheers,

The right teams have made some changes backstage. Would you mind confirming if this issue has been fixed for you?
We'll be on the lookout for your reply!
Hey Novy,
I can still find them through search and still give me a black screen.
Hey @Ximzend,
Thanks for the info shared 🙂
We could replicate it from our side as well, so we've gone ahead and reported this with our tech folks. We'll let you know as soon as we have some news about this.
