Track changed on playlist songs!

Every now and then, I will find a song on one of my playlists no longer had the album cover, but the cover of some compilation. This is weird but not a big problem - when it IS a problem is when the version of the song is changed!! Songs I have had on my playlist for years and years suddenly switch to a live version, or an alternative version by the same artist, and there is NO way to change it back to the proper version without deleting it and adding it again! (Which I don't want to do because the dates on playlists are important to me) Why is this happening? How can Spotify stop this?

Ok it's getting worse - I would say 1/5 songs have artwork changed and 1/20 are the wrong version. My playlist version of Seeb Remix "I Took a Pill in Ibiza" now starts at 0.00 with "-Biza, to show Aviccii....." - it cuts the first line! It's also bad audio quality. SPOTIFY WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!?

It feels like more and more songs are doing this now. My playlists are just totally changing in front of my eyes!

(I am using the desktop app MacOS and also the iPhone app)

Yeah I have noticed this too 😭 I have had The Way by Ariana Grande & Mac Miller in a playlist since 2013 and for some reason it is now the spanglish version with this cover
