Unable to play any songs

My Question or Issue

So I am unable to play any songs, I tried restarting Spotify, reinstalling, and nothing has worked. I downloaded it off of the Spotify website, not off of the Microsoft Store. Not completely sure where to go from here, hopefully someone can help.

Edit: Nevermind, I just restarted my internet and it worked, I don't understand how I had internet but also not at the same time.
