When is Julion Alvarez coming back to spotify?

I don't understand Spotify's logic when it comes to banning musicians with criminal activity. Julion Alvarez is someone that has been "allegedly" linked to drug trafickers in another country and pretty much gets blackballed from the music industry in the US. But you have guys like YNW Melly, who has been CHARGED with 2 counts of first degree murder and you still play their music. BRING BACK JULION ALVAREZ!!! He was never charged with anything!!! Bring him back or does he need to kill someone to get on spotify!?

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artists and their music label.

If the music is unavailable, the artist or their music label may have decided to not make it available in Spotify. In this case, it seems Televisa was the one who decided to pull the plug, so it's them who gets to decide when (if) to bring him back.
