Why are you only suggesting podcasts?

Since the last update all I get suggested is podcasts? I would say about 85% of my listening are artists albums, there are a couple pods I listen too and very, very rarely listen to playlists. Yet for the last few months, since the big push when the audiobooks were added, exclusively podcast suggestions. I used to find Spotify a great tool for finding new music with the 'suggested albums for you' or 'bacause you listened X try these'. But now it is a bit tedious. Is there a way to do a hard reset on my algorithm and start again as something has gone wrong?

Thanks for your post here in the Community and welcome!

This is odd, even though it is normal to see podcast suggestions, you should still find music suggestions. You should actually be able to filter your Home page to only see music suggestions and music-related content: 

  

   

 

Additionally, you can find Release Radar, Discover Weekly, and Made For You playlists that include similar music to the one you already listen to. Are you having any issues with those? Or if you can't find any music suggestions, try logging out and back in twice in a row to force a re-sync in your account. Additionally, check if the suggestions look the same from different devices or the Web Player.
