Why is Follow Me by Uncle Kracker listed as explicit?

 I have got to ask because I find it rather weird that Spotify has it tagged as explicit. The only thing I can think of is how suggestive the song lyrics can be interpreted as. Whether it be addiction or adultery, but still I don't see how that could be worthy of an explicit tag. Like I have listened to music that has similarly suggestive song interpritations not get labled at it.

I am just really asking this to quell my curiosity on it, I don't see anything in the lyrics that might make it explicit, unless I am missing something?

Spotify uploads the music directly as it is sent to them.

When music is sent to Spotify, the artist and their music label decide if it is marked as explicit. In this case, the artist has decided to mark it is explicit.
