Why is the Agust D. Mixtape not available?

I keep looking it up and every spotify comment is that it is available in the US, yet I live in the US and it still says its unavailable? It shows the album and it allows me to save the tracks but as soon as I try to play the tracks I get a "this track is unavailable' message. So is it something i'm doing wrong, did the artist take it down, or is it just simply not available in the US like spotify is claiming?

As you may know, the world of music/content licensing is complicated, so it may just be that the mixtape is not available in the United States at the moment - Sorry about that! It WAS available up until maybe November, not sure. Now it's gone. My husband works in tv, he thinks the contract is up and they may be working to bring it back. Because it's still there, that might be a good sign that they hope to bring it back. Also, with BTS signing with an American distributor while here last time, they may not know what they want to do with the project yet. There are so many things that could have messed with it. Is RM's stuff still there? I should check. That would answer some questions.   

So I guess we just keep watching. I miss it.

I’d like to say that their albums are not only gone in America but in Australia as well. It’s hard because there aren’t many ways to listen to those albums unless on YouTube. I hope they get put back onto Spotify soon.

by me its the same i want to search two songs 1.if you do von got7 and 2.August D from suga (bts) but i cant find them when i search them and i live in germany
