i cant listen to a specific song

i tried listening to travis scotts’ utopia album and nothing will play. i can play other songs just fine, but not this album? ive already tried shutting down my phone and uninstalling the app so im just lost at this point

First off, we'd recommend that you check if you've blocked this artist in the past. Go to the artist's name and click on the three dot menu. If you've blocked it - you'll see the option "Allow to play this artist", tap on it and test again if you can play the songs. Please make sure to use mobile device while doing this. 

Another option is that the songs you see are marked as Explicit and you have that type of content filtered off. You can read more about that here.

Lastly, it's possible that the songs are marked as "Don't play this'' at some point - and if that's the case you can follow the steps here to unmark it.

If none of the above is the case, we'd recommend that you test if you can play this album while logged in on another device. If you don't have another device available - try using the Web Player instead to see if there's a difference.
