i changed to premium want to transfer my playlists but i cant log into old

had to log out of that account to create an app for premium now i cant get into my old account had a long session last nite he told me everything was on file and i could just continue anytime i still have a lot of problems but just want to solve this one tonite i need to talk to someone who can see my file

I'm not sure if I understand what you're saying, but when we upgrade from Free to Premium, we don't need to create a new account.

Aren't you able to log in your old account? Do you get any error messages?

When you click on the link bellow, does it say Free or Premium?
