spotify in public place

I have a Question for anyone who has an answer, we pay for Spotify premium I know that only cover it for personal use. But we also pay for a BMI license and a SECAT license. Would that generally cover us for using Spotify in our business

We understand your desire to play music from Spotify at your business, but as laid out in our Terms and Conditions, Spotify is only for personal, non-commercial use.

This means you can’t broadcast or play Spotify publicly from a business, such as bars, restaurants, schools, stores, salons, dance studios, radio stations, etc. If you'd like to play in a commercial environment, check out our friends at Soundtrack Your Brand.

Mode for businesses for only music videos in their playlist/recommend videos in the queue: 

- Have a way to show on screens around the establishment

-- could have app (chrome cast/smart tv)

-Could link to jukebox style app

--users can join the jam if in radius or on wifi and add from approved songs from pub

-improve video UI, make good way to show whats playing/whats next

-karaoke? 

-have way to filter and only show music videos from playlists or mode
