the music is broken

the music is broken

the music 幸福快递 is broken, it doesn't work both on my mac and android phone.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to confirm, are you seeing any specific error messages when you're trying to play the track? Also, does the track appear to be grayed out? Are you having issues with any other artists or tracks that you're trying to play?

 

If this happens with all songs from the same artist, you might have accidentally blocked them. In this case, head over to their artist page on the mobile app > tap the 3 dots > select Allow this artist to play.

 

It's also possible that the track(s) you're trying to play are currently unavailable in your region. As much as we'd love to have all the music in the world on the platform, the content may vary over time and between countries, as it depends on permissions from rights holders.
