Spotify snap broken in Ubuntu 23.04 (amdgpu)

After upgrading from Ubuntu 22.10 to Ubuntu 23.04, the Spotify snap is broken:

I checked and the .deb version is working fine:

I looked into journalctl and found this (look at the line that mentions amdgpu):
