Hello I have had an album saved for ages and regularly listen to it all of a sudden its gone, can anyone help?

I made a search and it seems this album has been removed from Spotify, maybe totally, maybe only in some countries.

I am in France and it doesn't show up on search.

Note : Spotify has no control on the availability of albums. It's only a decision of labels or artists or rights owner. Sometimes an album can be available in some countries and not in others.
