All playlists gone

Hi, I have a premium account with Spotify and its on my phone and ipad. I just installed it on my lap top and when I open it my playlists are missing. Can anyone please help me

The most likely cause of your playlists being missing is accidently logging into another account. Make sure you're logged in the same account as on your other devices. 🙂

You can also go here to see if your playlists have ended up there for some reason.
