Audiobooks (free with my premium) are playable on web player, locked on app

I've been listening to audiobooks that are free for premium with no issue on the Spotify web browser player and on my phone, but when I navigate to the book on my Spotify (Mac) desktop app, it remains locked.

Could you try restarting your Mac? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.
