Can't search through list with keyboard

Since the new update, it removed the feature of being able to search through long playlists using the keyboard. When a choose a specific sorting, I used to be able to type the first few letters of a song/band/album, and Spotify would automagically select the right song. This feature has been removed from the new desktop app. 

Any way to bring it back?

Hello there and welcome to the community,

The ability to search with CTRL / CMD + F is not in the new version.

It will come back in a next update (not scheduled yet).

This feature was restored for me after reinstalling the latest version just now (after losing it in the update a few days ago).
