If you are unable to fix the problems with your lastest software release and or tell me how I can download a previous version, that actually works, I will be canceling my Premium Membership!

What's the point of paying for a membership for a service that does not function properly and is not what I paid for?

So, how can I download the previous release?

How do you reach a real person on here? I want my membership canceled because I was charged for Premium and continued to have comercials. I don't want to deal with a company that makes it so hard to contact them. Everywhere you search leads to a dead end.
