Cannot play song after return to free account

Cannot play song after return to free account

Description

1.My subscription was canceled due to online payment limits on my card.

2.Unable top play song error occured everytime I was trying to play song (PC win8 and ios8).

3.Problem occur by best quality setting which is unavailable in free version but doesn't returns to normal quality when subscription ends.

4.After change music quality to normal problem is solved.

 

Music Quality setting should return to normal after end of paid subscription.

 

Problem occur on Windos and iOS and probably on other platforms.

Thanks for reporting this issue. This is currently a know bug. Changing  the music quality is the right solution.
