Certain song won't play on either Macbook or iPhone

My Question or Issue

I've never been able to play "Without Me" by Halsey on either iPhone or on my Macbook app. On my Macbook the error message is: "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." When I press the song on my iPhone app, nothing happens.

I've tried uninstalling and installing the app on both iPhone and Macbook, they're recently updated, I've tried switching off High Quality sound, nothing happens.

Anyone who can help?
