There are black/red bars and boxes covering my library and the recently played albums/playlists at the top of my Home page.

Hey @Keyan12,

 

Thanks for the additional info.

 

As a next step, can you try clean reinstalling the app as described here? Also, check if changing the zoom level (Cmd + = or -) makes a difference.

Thanks for reaching out. This is quite the peculiar behaviour. Could you please provide us the following:

  • Is this on all devices or only on Mac? How about the webplayer on the same Mac?
  • Try logging in on this Mac with a different account, either from someone you know or by making one yourself.
  • Also, if possible, try using your account on a different Mac and see if everything works.
  • When did this start happening? Did this coincide with an update to the app or MacOS?

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.

- Only on Mac. Webplayer on same Mac is fine.

- Still happens on a different account.

- On another mac everything works properly.

- Within the past week. App update I'm not sure — it didn't coincide with any macOS update though.
