Does not update iTunes Playlists

Hey there, 

I found an article about this problem, but it is still not solved so I try to open a new file to find some more Users with the same Problem:

I've got several iTunes Playlists in Spotify but none of them is up to date. They were imported to spotify on the day I downloaded it and since then, there were no updates. No new Playlists appear and no changes were made if I delete a song in iTunes. 

I cannot be the only one with this problem?!
