Drag and drop playlists locks out keyboard and mouse

Description

When I try to drag a playlist into a folder, the app stops responding to the mouse and keyboard

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. Create a playlist folder
2. Right click on an album, select Add to Playlist > New Playlist
3. In the left bar, (try to) click/drag the newly created playlist into the folder  

What I expected to happen

The playlist is moved into the folder

What actually happened

The playlist did not move into the folder. The application no longer responds to mouse clicks at all: can't play a different playlist or album, can't click into the search bar, etc. The application doesn't respond to the keyboard, either: can't command-Q to quit. I have to go to the menu bar to restart the application.

Do you have any screenshots you can attach to more clearly explain your issue?

Not unless you can handle video, but even then it wouldn't show you the frantic, useless clicking that occurs afterwards
