How to: organize songs in a playlist and organize playlists in a folder

I have 2 issues:

(1) I want to organize songs within a playlist, so that I could start a playlist from the top and it plays straight through to the bottom.  Then, the next day, I could change the order and have it play top to bottom but in my newly created order.

(2) I want to organize playlists within a folder

I've read various documentation.  I can't seem to create folders at all.  And, anything that tells me to drag and drop from anywhere in spotify to my playlists doesn't work at all.  Perhaps I'm reading old documentation?

I use a windows computer at work, a mac at home, and an iphone on the go.

Sounds like you have that old decrepit non-functional New version 1.0.x  whatever.

You need to Go back to the future.

You might >> try this. <<  There you will find "New Playlist Folder" up in the left corner under "File".
