Log in problems

I'm trying to log in and I put my username and password and then I hit log in. Then I get an error box saying "account already created with this username". I'm not trying to open a new account, I'm just trying to login

Can you send a screenshot? I get confused with the sign up and log in pages, too. And most of the time I get that error, I'm on the sign up page lol
