My Usage of my image

Good morning:

I am a photographer and a user of Spotify. This morning 7/24/2015 I noticed on the mobile app Discover weekly section that one of my images was use without mention of  authorship or copyrights. I am enclosing said image.

Please explain how you got it.

Same deal here. I notice my image (my own likeness) from my personal photo gallery was used and presented with a filter setting. In the 'Discover Weekly' section. Hmm. I have the original photo as well as screen shots of the playlist with image displayed. Looking into this further.

Is it the Discover Weekly playlist you are seeing?

This is actually a new feature that Spotify has. The playlist is private and only you can see it. The playlist offers you music recommendations.
