My spotify contact form sent to the wrong email!

I sent in a contact for because I was charged twice this month and it sent it to the wrong email I went to change my email on spotify and it still sent it to the wrong email after I resent the complaint what do I do

Are you getting the mail in a wrong email account? Did you log on to Spotify under your facebook account or a separate account?
