My spotify just turns off

My spotify just turns off

Over the past few days, I'm spotify has just started turning off by itself. No error message or anything. It just turns off after listening for less than 5 minutes. I'm a premumium user on Mac. I have the latest updates for Spotify, Mac, and Adobe. I can't seem to find any place on the spotify website to contact tech support.

i've Noticed that Same Problem. however im also in the Beta so the Beta Client works

I don't understand. Are there two different spotify programs that I'm supposed to choose from? One is free from the glitch and I can download it somehow?

And hey, is there some way to actually contact tech support? Or are we on our own with this community?

https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact that link is your best bet, or if you have Twitter you can Tweet to @SpotifyCares

Try a clean reinstall of Spotify to see if this fixes the problem:

Advanced method:
https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify

Easy method:
Download this free app cleaner. It's super easy.

http://www.freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/

When you open up the app, search for Spotify and it will automatically find and delete all files on your computer related to Spotify.

I use it all the time and it's a really great tool. If you ever decide to uninstall an app, the best way is to use this tool.

After that, download and reinstall Spotify.
