New song search comes up on iPhone but not on Mac desktop

I searched for a new song/album on my phone's Spotify app and it came up. Went over to my desktop to have a good listen and, it doesn't turn up there in the search.

What's up with that?

The solution to this could be as simple as uninstalling and reinstalling the spotify app on your mac. However, it's also possible that the song has become unavailible in your market area, more information on this can be found here.
