Notifications not working

The notifications will not load, no matter how long I let it. All I get is the circle of dots that shows that it's loading. To better understand, look at the picture.

Usually, log out Spotify and log back in can fix the problem.

It happens every time I open spotify.

The new version is very slow to open and load, notification doesn't work. until i reboot spotify but it appears every time I turn my PC on

Same problem here.  Spotify version 1.0.3.101, Windows7 x64.  Notifications icon shows there are notifications, when i open that window, the spinner keeps going no matter how long the window is open and does not display notifications.    Thanks.

Same problem here under Version "1.0.4.90.g0b6df40b" (and before) on an iMac running "10.10.3".

The problem seems to be solved at my "Mac-App" but still is existing on browser.
