Offline access has been withdrawn

Hi.

I have been using spotify for many years (and premium every few months,i got the most recent premium in November for 3 months), I have 3 devices that I use for offline access.

I was preparing my music in a playlist for a large car trip for the next few days, when I got a message on all 3 devices that offline access had been withdrawn, Seeing as how I didn't withdraw them, and no one else has access to my account,  What exactly happened there?
