On desktop version, my recently played artists is from years ago

On the desktop app, my 'recently played artists' is from a year or longer ago. I want this fixed because I don't memories associated with the music I am constantly being suggested 😕 Looked for solutions but haven't found any.

Is the recently played artists' section also from a year ago on other devices or the Web Player?

If not, I'd recommend logging out and in twice on your desktop app. That should force a resync of data with your app.
