Can I play through my computer audio system AND through a Sonos speaker in another room?

Hi @Smb55 and welcome to the Community! 🙂

Spotify can only play on one device at a time when it's online and would default to the Connect function to control Sonos.
You can go offline with the desktop app though to use your internal speakers and use the phone app or web browser online instead, but they won't be synced up as far as playing the same music at the same time.
I'm not sure how useful it might be, but have included Sonos' Spotify support pages below just in case you have any other questions regarding its use.
