Remember playlist scroll position

Solved!

Remember playlist scroll position

If anyone from Spotify could answer this, that'd be awesome.

Since the latest update the program no longer remembers the playlist scroll position upon exiting / restarting and even when changing views (navigating away from the playlist, then clicking back on it).

Is this feature removed for good, or is it something that you plan on fixing in the not-so-distant future?

Spotify plans to bring some features back, but it is currently not known if the feature you mentioned will be coming back.

Or, instead of waiting for missing features that may never come back, you can get rid of this unfinished beta piece of crap and enjoy a fully-fonctional Spotify again by reverting to the previous version and preventing it from auto-updating :

Matt, thanks for your reply. I'm well AWARE that this feature is NOT in the new version. It's the #1 reason why I can't/won't ever use it. I have already kudo'd the idea to bring this feature back in the ideas forum, although I think that having to do so is completely idiotic. it's not like someone had an eureka moment in the shower that'd improve the app, it's that someone decided to mess with it in the first place. besides, nobody cares about the ideas section anyway. if it doesn't suit their agenda they won't add it back, simple as that.
@Grazzt: i have downgraded and using version 0.8.5 without problems for like a week now. but it's a means to an end really and i am not happy about it. i just asked because my subscription ends in early April and since I can't use the current app i think maybe it's time i cancelled.
