Spotify Graphic Glitches

After the last update the Spotify Mac Desktop App started showing a bunch of graphical glitches!

Can someone help me?

There have been several other people posting similar screenshots of the glitches, dots and lines.

It has been determined that this is not a Spotify problem.

It is suggested that you contact Apple for support.

I have absolutely the same problem since the recent macOS update (10.12.4). 

Anyone found a solution?
