Spotify has problems with internet

Spotify on my Mac just today decided not to connect to the internet though y internet connection is near perfect. No other application on my Mac had any problems accessing my internet connection. I removed Spotify from Applications by dragging it to trash. Before this I tried to log in to Spotify using Facebook which this idiotic software of course was unable to do. Now I have tried three times to install it but it only starts downloading Spotify but then says:

Installation failed

The request timed out

Then I click Download from Spotify from Spotify.com. Doing that only repeats the same Installation failed message.

I'm sorry you're having problems installing Spotify, you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG) or @SpotifyAyuda (ESP).

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
