Spotify won't start up or now install when I down load it on my Mac

Spotify won't start up on my computer, it was working fine then one morning it wouldn't start. I tried a few times and it kept saying failed to launch. So I uninstalled it, and tried downloading it again and now it won't install. Tried several times. I'm running Mac OS X 10.5.8. Any ideas? cheers

Peter put together some notes on how to get and keep Spotify working on OS X 10.5 here. I'd try to see if that helps and if not, come back and let us know. Someone should be able to help you.
