Unwanted Junk in my Inbox

Recently my Spotify inbox has been getting filled with junk. Accounts with names I don't recognize are continually sending me new playlists and not only making my inbox a mess, but also creating new notifications on my mobile device. Is there a way to block anyone who's not a friend from posting into my inbox? I'm not liking the idea of spam in Spotify. I can easily block users, but this doesn't prevent different accounts from sending junk to my inbox.

Users that have sent me playlists don't appear to be real people and include:

My problem too. Can't find a way to block these unwanted spammers - other than change 'show everyone' to 'people you know' but that setting only works one time. Even worse: inbox icon keeps  saying there are 'new messages' when it's only referring to this junk spam. 

Hope this'll get fixed soon, it's annoying. And it'll drive users away.
