What's new bell: need to press three times to refresh

My Question or Issue

 

When the bell has a blue dot:

- click the bell one time shows what's new page, but the page is not updated and still shows the old data

- click twice to return to home

-click a third time and the what's new page would only then update to the new one

We couldn't replicate the behavior you kindly mentioned in your post. In this case, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to What's new feed not updating. You can find out the steps to do it here.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

• The exact Spotify version you're running on your computer.
• Does this happen in the web player?
• Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event, such as a OS update?
