Why are my private playlists public?

I just noticed that all of my private playlists have been made public. This is horrifying, they are private for a reason. Such an invasion of privacy. Why has this happened and how do I make them private permanently?

Playlists can't be made Private or Public automatically by the app. It's possible that someone else has gained access to your account and has alerted your playlist privacy. It's best you go through the steps in this support article to secure your account and assure that you're the only one who has access to it.
