playlists take too long or doesn´t load at all

Hello, im hoping someone here can help me with these issue, for a long time i've been having this problem, ever since i used spotify on my 2011 mac laptop and now on my new imac using High Sierra OS, everytime i start my computer the first thing i do is to open Spotify and it always takes a long time or even it doesent load at all the playlists, it doesent matter if there are saved. Also when i search for a song it takes a lot to load too. Hope someone have a solution and im paying for the premium service, its not fair!
