"Can't play the current song"

"Can't play the current song"

For the last several weeks I've been having issues with Spotify not working correctly for several reasons:

 

1. When I click a song, it will play for about 7 seconds then automatically skip to the next song. 

2. A song will play until about the last 10 seconds then I get an error that says "Can't play the current song," so I have to skip to the next one, and the problem repeats. It's not just in one playlist that has been happening. These are also not my personal playlists, but playlists that I follow.

3. I've also had the issue where none of my saved songs appear. I've done the logging in and logging out and the problem will fix temporarily, then the next time I go to play from my saved songs I have to do the logging in/out process all over again.

 

This is becoming rather frustrating because I can't go one song with out getting an error. I can't simply click on a playlist and have music play in the background while I work because I'm constantly having to attend to an error. Anyone else having these issues?

I am Premium and have Win 10 and 1.0.38.xxx and have the same problem.

(And have tried every possible comination of changes in settings, included restarting the computer. But the problem is periodically on and off, without relation to changes in settings. Is it related to a server (over)-load?
