"Song is not available" for weeks

Spotify app won't play anything on my laptop for weeks. It always says the song is not available. I've closed it, rebooted it, logged out, logged in, checked my web connection, deleted the app and redownloaded on my laptop to no avail.

Hey there @heatherlhoch and @hanniballecterp! Help's at hand.

Could you both let us know:

• If exact songs affected, or it happens on everything that your try to play
• A list of the devices that produce the error message
• The app version on each device
• If there's a firewall on your WiFi connection
• A screenshot of it happening

Let us know this and we'll continue to investigate.
